SHIPPING INFORMATION
Only UPS Ground and 2nd Day Air shipping within the United States is offered at checkout, however if you need something shipped faster or shipped outside of the US, use one of the pickup options listed at checkout. These include: Shop pickup, Hand Delivery, and Shipping Outside of the United States. Keep in mind if you select one of these options, you will still be allowed to checkout, but you will need to contact me to finalize all the details of your pick-up/delivery, including additional delivery fees if applicable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All my products are handmade, with many of them made-to-order or custom, so I cannot accept returns or offer cancellations. That being said if there are any issues with your order, I’ll work with you to resolve it. I keep some small items such as cutting boards, knife blocks, etc. in limited stock, but I do not keep furniture in stock. Therefore, all furniture sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, contact me immediately and I’ll work quickly to repair or exchange it.
